These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made on the AlpaSkin website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms without reservation.
2. Product Information
We do our best to provide clear and accurate product descriptions, ingredients information (when applicable), and images. However, slight variations may occur (including packaging updates). We do not guarantee that all content is error-free, complete, or always up to date.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you agree that:

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or violations of these terms. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will be refunded accordingly.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are shown on our site in the displayed currency and may change at any time without prior notice.
Any applicable taxes (if required) and shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you complete payment. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on our website.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We process and ship orders as described in our Shipping Policy. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information (when available).

6. Returns (Free Returns – Unopened Items Only)
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to eligibility.
Hygiene & safety notice (skincare): Skincare and personal care products are eligible for return only if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with seals intact.
Opened, used, or unsealed products are not eligible for return.
To start a return, you must contact us first and receive return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted. Full return details are available in our Refund Policy.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within the timeframe stated in our Refund Policy. No restocking fees are charged.
8. Non-Returnable / Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Gift cards
This does not affect your rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
