Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with AlpaSkin. We’re committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and securely as possible. Please read the details below regarding processing, shipping timelines, tracking, and delivery issues.


1) ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.
Peak Periods: During promotions, new product drops, or holiday seasons, processing may take 3–5 business days. If delays occur, we’ll do our best to keep you informed.
Emails & Updates:

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after purchase.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking details.


2) SHIPPING OPTIONS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

We currently offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping (Free)

  • Delivery Time: 8–15 business days after shipment

  • Cost: Free on all orders

  • Tracking: Provided once your order ships

Expedited Shipping (If Available)

  • Delivery Time: 5–8 business days after shipment

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout

  • Tracking: Provided once your order ships

Important: Delivery time estimates start after your package has shipped (not the purchase date). Shipping delays can happen due to carrier disruptions, weather, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.


3) WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to:

  • United States (all 50 states)

  • Canada

  • United Kingdom

  • European Union countries

  • Australia

International Orders (Customs & Duties)

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.


4) TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number

  • A tracking link (when available)

  • An estimated delivery timeframe

Tracking activation: Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for carrier updates to appear.

5) ORDER CHANGES & ADDRESS UPDATES

Before Shipment: If you need to edit or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@alpaskin.com. We’ll try to help if the order hasn’t been processed/shipped yet.
After Shipment: Once the package has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address or cancel the shipment. Please double-check your address at checkout.


6) LOST, DELIVERED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find your package:

  1. Check with neighbors/household members or your building reception

  2. Look around common drop-off areas (porch, mailbox area, mailroom)

  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

If the package still isn’t located within 48 hours, email us at contact@alpaskin.com.
While AlpaSkin cannot be held responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we’ll assist you in exploring possible solutions (including carrier claim steps where applicable).

Stolen Packages

We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location and monitoring tracking updates. AlpaSkin is not liable for stolen packages, but we will do our best to help you review available options.


7) DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect:

  • Take clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery at contact@alpaskin.com

  • Include your order number and photos

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible after reviewing the issue.


8) UNDELIVERABLE / RETURNED TO SENDER PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

  • Package refusal by the recipient

We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional reshipping fees may apply when the return is due to customer-provided address errors or refusal.


9) HOLIDAYS & HIGH-DEMAND PERIODS

During peak seasons (Black Friday, holidays, promotions, product launches), you may experience:

  • Processing times up to 5–7 business days

  • Carrier delivery delays

  • Increased customer support response volume

We recommend ordering early. Unless explicitly stated at checkout, we cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates.


10) PO BOXES & MILITARY ADDRESSES (APO/FPO/DPO)

We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please note:

  • Delivery may take longer

  • Tracking may update less frequently after entering military postal systems

  • Some shipping options may not be available
