30-day free returns
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return eligibility (skincare / personal care)
For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and personal care products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
Opened, used, or unsealed products are not eligible for return.
To be eligible, you’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a free prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages, defects, or wrong item
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong item.

We’ll make it right (replacement or refund).

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return the eligible item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
